A Very Special Love, by Leslie Thomson Subscribe to rss feed for Leslie Thomson

I’ve known her since age 12,
My special love who has grown with me.
And while others may deride her,
They don’t see what I see.

I know her intimately,
And shall always hold her near.
And she is never far from me;
I hold her ever near.

And even at my lowest,
When I am feeling down.
She is the one I can turn to,
And she always brings me round.

She is now a whole part of me,
I know her each and every whim.
If I ever were to lose her,
It would be like losing a limb.

I caress her sweet neck daily,
Her sweet curves I know by far,
Through my very special love for her;
My beautiful Spanish guitar.
