Aurora Borealis, by Darkblade County Subscribe to rss feed for Darkblade County

The Northern Lights,
dancing spirits,
find homes,
in the sky.

Melted candy on a dark sheet,
a paintbrush leaving its best art on a nightly display,
the colors of sunrise and sunset mixed,
a phenomenon of colored display.

It's like heaven's light shined on the frozen wasteland
people call home,
a sign of hope in dark times,
that light exists,
in darkest nights.
