Still love speaks strong, by soumi chatterjee Subscribe to rss feed for soumi chatterjee

He was all mine till I realized it’s too late,
His love was all mine till he went away far from my world,
True love never returns empty handed
Yet, when I opened the fist,
I was left all empty
There was a time,
When love was mine….
The world was turning fast….
I was on my dancing shoes.
The clock turned,
The shoes got lost.
Ohh!! How I missed you
Golden days never meant to repeat itself,
I tried to imbibe every single logic yet failed badly
apart.
Torn from deep inside I kept my life moving….
Without any meaning,
 Nor for any reason.
Ohhh!! How I wish you were back….
Memories got lost in the old drudgery lanes.
I keep on moving with a heavy heart…
The pain sinks fast,
Yet, the tolerance seems intolerable.
The bed might be of roses still the thorns prick me bad.
I wish I’ve never meet you,
Yet, long for every togetherness.
Life seems to be quite smooth,
Many a times my mind questions…
What are you still looking for?
Why are you still waiting for?
And I sit back with a sigh,
A faint sound from inside speaks up….
You still do love him….you actually still do!!
