He made a mistake, by hilary Subscribe to rss feed for hilary

Here today and gone tomorrow
He's living in a world of sorrow.
You see, he didn't listen, and made a mistake
He never should have gone to get drunk at the lake.
His dreams were shattered when he drank to much beer
For when he got in his car he couldn't steer.
The lights were bright, he was to drunk to see,
He was so drunk, he thought he hit a tree.
When his eyes opened there was a car on its side,
He wanted to run and find somewhere to hide.
The reck was bad and the victims couldn't wait,
By the time help arrived, it was far to late.
He never had seen so much blood on the ground,
He tryed to to scream out but there was no sound.
I believe he killed a family of five
And he was the only one left alive.
They gave him life without parole,
He'll sit in his cell and pay out his toll.
His future was lost in the blink of an eye,
Now he wishes he was the one who died.
