If You Were Me, by Karlee Anderson Subscribe to rss feed for Karlee Anderson

Could you handle my life?
You like to think you could,
But you don't know about me.
You don't know what you should,
You only know what you see.
Could you learn to cope?
I doubt you would last a day
In the shoes I call my own.
All my simple traits would fade away
As the second goes on.
Could you get through it?
No, is what the answer would be.
Do not try the shoe if it doesn't fit,
Because there is no way you can be me.
