Hey mom, I love You, by Laurent. Subscribe to rss feed for Laurent.

You see
she's a special lady,
at least for me.
Or for anyone who met her,
but don't know that she's my armor,
her arms are my safe harbor,
and I can't help but to come over
and over again,
'cause she's my hope and my closet,
where I hide when it rains,
when skies sends thunders,
but she's in pain
now and I'm not there,
to hold here hand,
to tell her,
'Mom, you are so beautiful'
and I'm sorry, I wasn't here,
and it's painful
to see you in tears,
and it crushes my heart,
when I see you cry,
now I'm not the same guy,
I'm weak,
no one to come to,
when I'm ill or something,
Mom,
you deserve an Oscar for your role
even though I wasn't a good son,
you made your best,
with every knock of your chest,
And I'm proud to say,
Hey mom, I love you.

So mama, just be here,
I'll be back in a minute,
I promise I won't leave,
and again we'll be,
you and me, we' ll be..

So, I left again,
sorry mom, sorry,
but they were calling my name,
and I couldn't resist to answer
even though it meant
to leave you, my dear
again.
I know that it hurts
I know, believe me,
'cause it hurts me the most,
when I don't see your smile,
when I can't search for candies
that you hide
when I can't hug you
and tell you
that I love you mom.
I do.
Now I'm running away
away from everyone, even myself,
And I need an angel
to tell me that
everything's gonna be okay
and make me feel better.
It feels like yesterday
has been repeating itself
day by day,
and I can't wake up,
from a dream I start,
so I don't know what's real
and what am I dreaming.

So mama, just be here,
I'll be back in a minute,
I promise I won't leave,
and again we'll be,
you and me, we' ll be..
