Feeling unwanted
feeling not cared about
you don't find a way out.

You're looking for a light
but still there are pictures
blocking a clear sight
leading straight into darkness.

You can't seem to hide
but though you're not seen
you then did decide
when being in between.

In between you and them
you don't know what's right
you're told and told again
to finally stop the fight.

The fight between you
you and what's inside
inside is a little girl
you're always trying to hide.

The other girl knows better
she doesn't let you win
she has the control over your body
and never ever would feel sorry.

Of course she is stronger
having been there longer
she keeps telling you
whatever she wants you to do.

She wants you to remember
what you want forever
doesn't want you to forget
what you once had and now cant get.

She brings you down
watches you drown
tells you to swim
still thinking you can win.

Unlike the others
and the you you're outside
she believes in wonders
knowing your feelings inside.

She doesn't give you contol
thinking she knows it all
she won't ever understand
what you're doing when she's absent.

Without her you're carefree
you're ready to fly
but in truth you're living a lie
which you don't admit to see.

That's when she's coming back
just as you were ready to jump
she pops up inside your head
making you feel dumb.

Again she makes you wonder
wonder about who and what
what's really deep under
under the surface people just see.

They don't know you
they don't know him
but worst is they don't know her
which makes them not understand.
