Luna = Sol, by John Moore Subscribe to rss feed for John Moore

theirs was the saddest love.

Eternal, elusive love.

They burned so bright in each others light

that the world could not bear to watch

so they divided themselves across time

one became the beginning

the other the end

unable to exist together

unable to be apart

so they chase each other

through dreams

through stars

the cycle of birth and rebirth

the fatal attraction

immense, unyielding gravity

of lovers hearts

kept apart

to their sorrow grows

it thunders the echos of silence

as the circle of life becomes a hole

and the sky meets the earth

at the seam of lovers lips

in the event horizon.
