Long Time, No See, by Jasper K Subscribe to rss feed for Jasper K

You left again
After you promised you'd stay
But don't you worry
Agony took your place

Introduced me to Depression
Now we're pretty close
You're false lies don't phase me
I call them properties of home

I became acquainted with Misery
At least they're always present
They support what I do
Even if it is just malicious intent

So don't cry when you see me
Or try to spit out apologies
You did this, pulled the trigger
Now it's your job to bury me

Me, You
The weaker version of you
The one who couldn't face the world alone
The one who wanted to leave it all too soon

I want to thank You, Me
For walking away for good
And finally setting me free

Me, You, Us
We are FINALLY done
