Escape my soul
Your ever-shrouding desires have trapped this fleeting heart

Encaged within the righteous words
Free me for the past
Regress to shadow with spiteful desires
My wicked mind controls by broken promises
Trapped inside the looking glass
The answers are lost
A year goes by without a notice
Times taking hold with burning questions
Lost in self-pity destruction the key
Now and aging your taunting hope filled vessel pass me by
My hearts fluttering its goodbye
I’m losing control
Soon I’ll join the open sea
To end this game of distant love
