Do you remember me?
I’m that coy girl,
That was always on my own
Always in a corner.

Do you remember me?
I inspired you.
I helped you to become what you are now.
I pushed you all the way to the top.

Do you remember me?
I was once the most important thing in your life,
I meant everything.
I was the one you left behind.

Do you remember me?
I was the one that was left on my own again.
Back into the lonely, dark corner.
With no recognition of what I did for you.

Do you remember me?
You taught me to never give up.
You told me to come out of my shell.
You helped me too.

Do you remember me?
I’m always at the back of your mind.
I’m your guilty conscience.
I’m the one that you thought could be hidden.

Do you remember me?
You should remember me.
How can you forget me?
I did so much for you.

Do you remember me?
I am going to make sure you remember.
I am going to be in your face.
I am going to make you feel guilty.

Do you remember me?
I was always that shy girl,
Well not anymore,
I can thank you for that.
You WILL remember me!!!
