Being Plastic, by No Child Is Innocent Once Born Subscribe to rss feed for No Child Is Innocent Once Born

Being popular.
What does it mean?
Being happy?
Not sounding too keen?
Is wearing the right shoes or clothes the right thing to
do?
Or being happy? Being you.

Is being 'A PLASTIC' what I want to be?
Or being myself for others to see?
What can I do to change my ways?
Is this the real me?
Or just a phase.

I want to let the real me out.
To kill the walk, the smile, the pout
Hopefully one day they'll finally see
The plastic me was only skin deep....
