A Lonely Person Like I (and a Passerby), by Austin Hoehn Subscribe to rss feed for Austin Hoehn

a lonely person like I,
waves at me,
apsserby.
what a nice jester,
what a nice guy,
though he might not know he
brightened my day with a glow.
all it take is a wave of the hand
or soft words from the lips,
to make a better place
without a slip.
if we could make more simple relations
with those
who have little patience.
or with those who think they have little essence
or with those who have rough reflections,
those are the people that need more attention.
so just remember the next time you pass someone by
to give them a little smile, or a simple hello,
and make their day glow.
