I am not my body.
I am not my mind.
I am my spirit that is
behind.
my body is just the frame,
my mind is just the motor
together they work for me,
they are just loners.
they are just with me,
to help me, help others.
I am only on earth for a while
then I will take off to the sky back to 
my internal home.
