Thank you
For being
That bitch in my life…

You exposed me to my sins
For the first time I had to win
You opened my eyes and showed me what I had to live for
You introduced me to the game
I suddenly had someone to blame
It all made sense as to why I lied, I cried, wanted to die

You drove my heart insane
You made me feel the pain
And somehow I begged for more

*Thank You
For being
That bitch in my life
I needed
To wake up
To begin my life
So thank you

I was only 13 years old
I had the drive to know my soul
I suddenly realized why I hated my life and what it was for

If it weren’t for you
Wouldn’t have known what to do
And just keep living with the pain

* thank you, thank you, thank you

I loved you for so many reasons
And hated you for more
But I can get over every season
And open every door
Its funny how I kinda miss you
I wonder how you are
I wonder if you think of me, too
Or if we’ve ever looked at the same star
You were the first one in my life
To show me how to love
You taught me that it didn’t matter
What the others thought
You showed me the door to the world
And that can’t be replaced
Despite the grudges that we held
I bet those have been replaced
too

And thank you for the good and bad times
Thank you for the head you placed upon my shoulders
Thank you for the good and bad times
Thank you for everything that’s guided me while getting
older
In case we never talk again
I just wanna say
Thank you for being that person
Who began the person that I am today

And thank you for the good and bad times
Thank you for the head you placed upon my shoulders
Thank you for the good and bad times
Thank you for everything X4
Thank you X3
