Bury me with you
Lie me beside you as we die
Take me with you
Take out my heart, put it where we lie
Take out my brain
Let all the memories wash over again
And let us forget and keep what we have
And keep on going till we fall over
I’ll see you again
I’ll see you again

You make me weak
My heart trembles as we speak
You make me quiver
But I’ll give you heaven if that’s what you seek
If you’re not comfortable in that tiny creek
I’ll give you a river
I’ll give you a river

And you own the voice that wants to keep me awake
And you own the hands that make me lose my way
Kill me again and again
put my blood on your hand

maybe it's not so much death i'm talking about as a deconstruction. what does death truly signify? in a Shivic way, a new beginning. the lush, real emotions and powers of an overwhelming love, making someone so weak and numb with joy and relinqueshment of breath because and for this joy. it also creates the perfect intimate connection. sort of like a fight club theory, that shedding someone else's blood is the ultimate connection to someone else. there is ownage. life is so limited, bound... we are stuck here suspended in universal laws of gravity, inertia, our brain capacity, the extent of our motion and expression is limited to what a human can do (which in all actuality is extremely limited), death provides this limitless, boundless freedom. you can take any meaning, they all aren't 100% correct, the meaning lies within the feeling i get. not what anyone else can logically understand and probably not what it makes other people feel. i wrote it long enough ago that i forgot why i used each word, although in the writing process i am very selective and choose according to necessity. what it does for me now is hold within itself a point in time, capturing a feeling, an essence, a moment. so is it really morbid? morbid by your standards, perhaps? i never saw it as morbid or dark.
