"The Right Choice", by Crimson_Tide915 Subscribe to rss feed for Crimson_Tide915

Hearing the gun shots in the back of my head
Remembering the past and how she was dead
Drop to my knees and begin to plead
To my Father above saying I am sorry

I didn't mean to do it and it is the truth
All I meant to do is protect her that noon
But it didn't work and now I am crying
In my little basement the rest of the night

I can't go on with this very much longer
So please take this guilt away so I can surrender
All of these things in the back of my head
Making me feel like I am dead

I can't continue this life any more
So I am going to end it before it gets worse
So let me now go to my kitchen
And grab the knife...wait a minute

If I had done this it wouldent make me better
So now I sit here and try to surrender
All the things that I was about to do
Could of ended my life all to soon

I have more than this in my life
So watch me now as I drop the knife
Now I am happy that I made the right choice
Look at me now I have a voice
