I WATCHED AS YOU CAME INTO THIS WORLD. SMALL AND TINY. BLIND
TO ALL. ONLY YOUR CRY COULD BE HEARD WHEN YOU NEEDED ME.
THAT WAS THEN. I WATCHED YOU TAKE YOUR FIRST STEP, AND SAY
YOUR FIRST WORD.I WATCHED THE FIRST EXPRESSIONS ON YOU FACE.
AND AS YOU FIRST LEARNED TO UTTER SO DEARLY YOUR FIRST WORD.
WHEN YOUR SAFETY NET WAS ME AND NOT THE WORLD. WHEN I COULD
MAKE YOU SMILE AND COULD TELL WHAT YOU WHERE THINKING. I
EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT THE TIME YOU GOT YOUR FIRST SPANKING. AND
THEN IT BEGAN THE LINE WAS DRAWN THIS IS MY SIDE DONT COME
THIS FAR. WHEN LAUGHTER WAS SILENCED BY YOUR NOW MATURE
MIND. I LOOK AT YOU NOW WONDERING WHY TIME HAD TO FLY BY SO
FAST. WATCHING YOU GOING THROUGHT THIS ALL KNOWING THAT THE
STEPS I MAKE MUST BE WISE. CAUSE NOW YOU TURN FROM ME NOT
EVEN LOOKING IN MY EYES. A STRANGER YOU SAY IS ALL YOU SEE.
A STRANGER I SAY IS LOOKING AT ME. I HOPE SO HARD FOR YOUR
FUTURE TO BE WITH EASE OF YOUR SUCCESS. YOU THINK HARSELY OF
ME. ONE DAY YOU'LL SEE CAUSE YOU'LL BE A PARENT LIKE ME.
WATCHING YOU.
