What is it
In this cold world
That has me monitoring
My best friend’s chemistry with my girl,
But the worst part is
I know it’s not nonsense,
Seen so many cheat before,
I know the threats honest.
I wonder if there are dark secrets
Only he and she know,
That would be messed up,
Wouldn’t surprise me though.
I know it’s a cheap price
For which she’d sell our dreams,
I should have never let her infiltrate
My one man team.
I should have seen the signs
I was blind
Blindfolded by the thoughts of a girl I can trust
That I once had in mind
