Colors of Life, by HangmanTheory Subscribe to rss feed for HangmanTheory

Light as a feather,
I drift into a world of dreams.
Accompanied by loneliness,
I float into a dark abyss.

Pink and purple all around me,
The colors of childhood.
Kittens and puppies fly by,
This is my childhood dream.

Sometimes it makes me wonder,
Where did all the good people go?
As I look on dreams of the past,
I can’t help but die inside.

Pink turns to gray,
Purple turns to black;
The colors of now.
I want so much to be one of them.

Take it all away,
I don’t want any of this.
Take me and cut me up,
I’m dead to the world.
