*This poem is from the viewpoint of a drug*

You are drowning in my cycle, of needing and wanting me
lost inside the endless game, death is destiny
trying desperatly to find relief, of the addiction that i
am
unable to escape the grasp, unable to give a damn
you want to stop wanting me, but my posion has a grip on
you
every time you try to give me up, you never follow through

your blind to the things around you, lost within my lies
ignorant to the pain you cause others, because your vision
is now through my eyes
can your self control demolish me, or have i already
devoured you
what else do you have to give my friend, because you have
everything to lose
