Innocent Blood, by Dark Neko Subscribe to rss feed for Dark Neko

Screaming, Crying, Drowning out the fight
Something left branded, I'll never forget the sight
Mother on the ground covered in her blood
Dirt and stains mixed with the blackest of muds
A father that stands over her, a wicked grin
He turns to me though I'm only ten
He grabs my hair and throws me against the wall
My slender frame against him is small
He grunts and he moans to the sounds of my screams
And when he is done he wipes himself clean
"Don't tell anyone or I'll kill you, Danni."
I sat in my room, tears rolled slowly down
I glanced at the clock and without a sound
Picked up a razor and dragged it slowly across my wrists
With my teeth clenched tightly and my hands balled into
fists
I closed my eyes with a frown on my mouth
I died that day with one thousand doubts...
