Goodbye., by ;twisted shadow.
|
Watching the rain flowing on the
window
My reflection seems to be crying...
If you don't love me, I won't stop you
The time is approaching
When I can no longer pretend not to notice
My heart is screaming
Goodbye, I won't see you again
Goodbye, I've made up my mind
I can't be a woman who will do whatever you want
Set me free
Your voice that I hear through the phone
You are being too thoughtful
That isn't kindness
Don't prolong the present with lies
I hate myself for still having these feelings for you
Goodbye, I won't see you again
Goodbye, I have to accept it
The picture of us that I loved so much is now face down
Set me free
Goodbye, I won't see you again
Goodbye, I've made up my mind
I can't be a woman who will do whatever you want
Goodbye, I won't see you again
Goodbye, I have to accept it
Those memories that bound me
Are now quietly
Sleeping...

this is very well written and has such powerful words portraying your sadness of losing someone close i have written a poem not as good as this one but its called standing on the station and it has both sides of the story the other poem is sitting on the train they connect together to show the person leaving and the person saying goodbye x |
