High Standards, by krystalblu Subscribe to rss feed for krystalblu

As I contemplate all states of mind
And violate all laws of manner
I scream a scream of screams
And forget all high standards
All thoughts dispense from my mind
Humming an invisible tune
The gleaming jagged blade of silver
Come- death will be soon
Breath becomes less
The pleasure mixed in pain
Tonight was the night
For in my grave I have lain
The crusifix of life
Covered in my blood
Tonight was the night
Cry tears of a flood
The mind a dangerous thing
Penetrating my every thought
Complicating my will to life
For which I have painfully fought
Leave me alone
Because I realize what I have done
Tonight was the night
I chose for death to come
