Something About You, by bedazzled Subscribe to rss feed for bedazzled

I can't keep my distance,
I can't stay away from you,
I can't try to fight it,
That's something I've been through,

Cos when you're looking at me,
I feel my head start to rush,
And when you're smiling at me,
I can't hide my blush,

Somehow you fit into my jagged heart,
Tearing my logic and caution apart,
You're on my mind and that's not new,
I can see,
There's something about you,

They tried to warn me,
Tried to keep me away,
But it gets harder to ignore,
With each passing day,

Cos when you trying so hard,
Attempting to make me laugh,
The glow in your eyes,
Blinds me to our past,

The way that I feel can't be placed,
And the smiles that you give me can't be erased,
You're on my mind and that's not new,
Everyone knows,
There's something about you,

The way you're looking at me,
Steals my sanity,
Leaves me wanting more,
You steal my confidence,
And my security,
Like no one else before,
I can't break out of this trance,
Must I give you a chance,
To break my heart again?
I don't need the worries,
I don't need the stress,
And I don't want,
Your pain,

Everytime I turn around to face the wall,
You come up with a tactic to make me stall,
But tell me baby, what can I do?
Got to face the fact,
There's something about you.
