Stuck with Out a Life Line, by Loneliness is condescending
|
Waiting here for you
Hoping you haven't forgotten me
Eternities have passed us by
Never waking from peaceful thoughts
These are our final days
Having memories invade my hopes
Evidence that you shall not return
Maybe they are only nightmares
Anticipation swelling in my heart
Need to hear you tell me in the end it doesn't really
matter
Controlling my self doubt
Ominously the clock ticks on
Mixed Emotions steel my sleep
Earthy dreams have fallen clear
Silently looking for your eyes
Awaiting their clouded judgment
Relating life to hopes in my mind
Out numbered by the truth
Unsure of where to hide
Nowhere left to run
Darkness is all I see
