Ode to Orange Juice, by Natalie
|
Its just blank faces,
Tear it up.
Empty words,
And an empty cup,
Of orange juice,
I hate you so much,
And all your friends,
You better clean it all up.
The things you say,
They aren’t from within.
The way you say them,
They don’t mean a thing.
But it’s not your fault,
I know you find it hard,
And now sleep is beyond me,
I’m already scared.
Scared from the knife,
You drove in my back,
Then into my mind,
My book is still blank.
And the juice is still there,
This will never end.
And the cup is still empty,
But you’re still my friend. |
