The Lost in What I'm Found, by Loneliness is condescending
|
Gazing off into the unknown
Dreams are lost to me alone
Can you see me anymore?
Or have I too become a word of lore
I've been place up on this shelf
Like some childhood elf
Not wanting to be here
This dream is no longer my hidden fear
Screaming out for you to come and save me
But I can't pay your fee
You turn your back leaving me behind
Planting this seed of hate inside
In my mind I see you die
But sadly I know this to be a lie
The darkness holds me tight
It tells me of my hopes falling deeper I do not fight
My eyes begin to dull
Before I go I have one last thing to cull
With this last decision my dept will be repaid
In this darkness I shall not fade
Slowly I extended my bony hand
Clasping hard I whisper " let me take you from this land"
Watching the fear well up in your eyes as the grow wide
Filling me with pride
Lost alone with the darkness as my only comfort
I've built up this very fort
With my big wide eyes that know to much
Reaching out I curse you my touch
I'll let you know what you put me through.
This shall be my finial adieu
And I will not go down alone
Were Turing in to stone
