...And We Drive, by Loneliness is condescending
|
My bags are packed and I’m leavening them far behind
Take my hand and run
Please don’t ask me why I left it all behind
Lets just head out toward the sun
I’ll ask you once again to stop prying my mind
Running after the promise no one made me
Take my hand and run
Please don’t ask me why I left it all behind
With a breath to catch
I wont stop until I’m lost far from here
And this is why I left it all behind

sometimes its ok to defy and 'run' against 'reason' and the things that make sense, the way i see it not much in life makes sense so there is little point in trying to have everything you do make sense, and the one side of me says if no one else is im willing to take that hand and run off to lose sight of all the mess that i seem to keep slipping into |
