That Dieing Light
The words, doth lie dead?
Feelings, run dry?
It has often been said
Eyes are the tunnels to the soul
So i ask you now
What light was there?
Did you not see it faltering?
How could you miss the flickering?
That dieing light, the soul
It, tortured, battered, beaten
Forgot to love, to care to shine
And thus did die, so shall IThe words, doth lie dead?
