You might want to take a look at any old, unnecessary, self-defeating habits that you're still engaging in. What is it you're still doing? Why are you still doing it? How could you try to do something different? Don't castigate yourself if you can't change overnight. Habits form over time, and they're often deceptively comfortable. But give change a shot.
