My Pain

Searching for answers, mind is blank
Only remembering how my heart sank
Halfway there, my glass is full
I feel a weight, a nasty pull
Nothing goes right, gets snatched away
This is my life, another day
No-one knows how I'm feeling inside
I try to show it, but instead i hide
Crazy feelings and life's a test
I'm only 18, haven't seen the best
I ask the questions, can't sleep at night
I'm alone with this; my pain, my fight
Trying so hard but, what follows this?
A life of happiness? a life of bliss?
Can't get hopes up, but dreams won't fade
In a year I'll look back at this poem I made
