In mine and your past There are relationships that didn’t last Today people try and put things in our minds Leaving messages of all kinds And it’s going to take a lot of trust from me and you For us to make it through Don’t let anything drop my angel from heaven I’ll do everything I can to make it never happen Forget all the jealous guys and girls Living in their spiteful worlds Hear but don’t listen to what they say What we have is too serious for me to ever play When your not around me still I think of you If only you knew how much I love you These folks don’t even know what what we got is But they know they want a piece I don’t know why is has to be this way But I know I want you to stay And it’s going to take a lot of trust from me and you For us to make it through
