Better Days

I knew I'd find the better days they seemed so far away I realised they're not, they're here right now and perfect in every way I can smile and be so happy for my life has turned around I've met somebody who's perfect and kind music is always the sound I have much more confidence the sun shines on me so I long for when he holds me again and all the nice places we go a warm breeze through the window I laugh and close my eyes the lingering scent of summer outside a summer that never dies I'm so in love, it feels so great I'm elated as I can be for times have changed, and so have I and no rain will fall on me Copyright Rebecca Waring
