Heart Break, by Chalan
|
He phones you up to say
he doesn't love you.
You stare at the phone.
You're numb, you can't
speak, you can't think.
You run outside to let your
feelings of pain go.
You stare at the moon and the
stars, and you wonder how this
can be so.
First he tells you that he loves
you, and you're beautiful.
Then the next day he phones to
say he can't see you.
You lay your head on the bed and
cry,
till you think you're going to die.
Slowly but surely this heart break
will mend in time.
