Lost between the textured walls, Eliminating all my falls. I never wanted to have to need you, I guess that I’ve been wrong. You’re my oxygen, How will I breathe when you’re gone? I never knew the real meaning of love, It creates so much to lose, you give me everything to prove. I was never told the secrets behind love, When you’re gone the world is blue, I can’t be me anymore, Without you. My broken halo’s on the floor, Guess I can’t blame that on before. I feel so empty when I can’t see you, I don’t know if that’s right. When I just can’t please you, I can’t find sleep in the night. I never knew the real meaning of love, It creates that hidden fear, that I won’t always have you near. I was never told the secrets behind love, I can’t fight my way through, I can’t be me anymore, Without you.

Hey, this is a really good poem.. it really goes along with what im sure alot of people feel.. specially the line about not being told the secrets behind love.. i normally always use the excuse of wanting to go back to when ur little .. and the only love you know.. is the love you have for ur imaginary friend.. love that doesnt come hand in hand with pain...
