Resonate, by bedazzled
|
Caught so deeply in insecurity,
I'm blinded by the stares and the light I ought to see.
Overflowing, so much, too much,
I don't have the strength to wait for time's magic touch.
If you're asking why I'm crying,
I thought that it was clear,
I'm washed out by trying,
To love myself.
My stores are empty, they resonate,
The more I try to smile the more reasons I find to hate.
I'm getting lonely here in your arms,
When you're dragging me down I ignore all the alarms.
If you're asking why I'm falling,
I thought that it was obvious,
The silver keeps on calling,
To love myself.
