Silence
It meant nothing to me until now
But now you're gone and I'm alone
And it shed a whole new light on that one word
The problem is that you're still there
And I'm still here...in silence
I respect what we had
Short as it was
And in silence I wait
For the one who will fill my world with noise again
The one who will laugh with me
The one who will cry with me
And for those times when silence is needed
To be there to hold my hand
And let me know that I'm not alone
