The Red, by bedazzled |
Shimmering shadows, twisted ‘maybe’s, inside out, visit the creases in my pillow. Tossed through the window, (the panes never broken), were outlines that spoke to me, sung to me… hushed. You pulled corners from the curves and asked me to breathe but I only saw the red. |
