God in His Eyes

In the heavens, in a world,
in a country, in a state
in a city, in a little house
there is a man with faith.
In the midst of dark confusion,
on the blackest, coldest night,
you can find him,
for upon him,
there shines an honest light.
Somehow you can trust him
in a world so full of lies.
It must be you can see God in his eyes.
