Motionless to stiff
to move wanting
to embrace you but
knowing you and I 
can't be.  Wanting to
hold you and tell you
everything will be fine
but I Know I can't
promise you.  Wanting
to not cry but the tears
keep falling one after the other.
These are feelings that I held in my
heart that I had to release.
