I miss you so much it hurts., by Caitlin_Californication

I miss you so much it hurts.
Burns like fire at a thousand degrees.
Cuts like running through a hall of glass shards.
Stings like being trapped inside a hornets nest.
Gapping holes like the gun shots of a firing squad.
Freezing off limbs like hypothermia.
I miss you so much it hurts.
Stealing my heart beats away so much that I might die.
Forcing my head under water, I inhale and you can't save
me.
Carving out my soul to sell it for time just to be with
you.
Pours salt into the space where my heart used to be.
Runs razors over my skin just to pick the wound.
I miss you so much it hurts.
Because when I'm without you I don't even want to breathe.
I lay in bed not moving, not feeling, I am numb without
you.
Food turns to ash, drink can not quench my thirst.
Nothing in this world has life or beauty unless I'm with
you.
I can't live without you so come back so I don't ever have
to.
