Woke up this morning Wondering why i took that pill I wanted it to end cos he was way to ill But now im thinking i should have done more But [[its too late]] He woke up this morning Head banging Been out with the mrs last night And suddenly an image hits him His son died yesterday... He wants to apologise but [[its too late]] Walking up the street I see people carrieng on with their lives Just as if nothing has happened Smiling... But i know that i've just lost the best part of me I want to bring him back but [[its too late]] He drives up the road Past the babys mum [[mee]] <\3 he wishes he had said something more ... tried to make it better... but [[its too late]] When the heart beat stops [[its too late]] When that pennys dropped [[its too late]] One split second [[its over]] A glass.. a gulp.. a pill [[its too late]]
