Stand and Believe (6)

By Angel of Music

Stand for what you believe in. Stand and don't let the worries begin. Believe in the ones you love, Believe in God above. Stand and Believe And you can achieve In the midst of the storm, You can still succeed. Stand and do not fall, Stand and give your all. Believe you can do it. Believe that you will pull through it. Stand and Believe And you can achieve In the midst of the storm, You can still succeed. When Life seems to be nothing but storms, You must stand and believe. When all you seem to do is land in the thorns You must stand and believe. Stand and Believe And you can achieve. In the midst of the storm, You can, and will, succeed. October 4th 2007

Hello eveyone! This poem has no special dedication or anything.... I kind of wrote it in the form of a song, with a choras and a bridge and verses, but there is no music that goes with it... I am not that talented. lol. Thank you all for reading. luv, the Angel of Music (Amanda)

I LOVE this poem!! It is so opptimistic! I can truly relate to this. It is great advise and I just love the quote of "In the midst of the storm, You can still succeed." It is a great thing to keep in mind!

Amanda, I'm really sorry for the long delay in responding to your request. As I've already mentioned I was going through a disastrous phase. Thank God I've managed to claw my way out of it. This poem is top class as it shows all of us who sometimes tend to hide behind masks, screens and facades that an ounce of courage to stand up to your difficulties is worth a ton more than any kind of evasive manipulation. The first two lines and the second last lines impressed me the most. Keep writing on.
As always
Lotsa Love
