Darkness
Darkness is all I see ahead
And all I ever will
Because of the things I have said
My life is heading downhill
I shouldn’t have said those things 
I shouldn’t have let them slip
I’ve destroyed all these blessings
And it stings like the lash of a whip
I’ve learnt it’s hard to hold back tears
But I’ve learnt to smile instead
I know that after all these years
Inside I’m already dead	
The more I care the more I try
The more I’ve got to lose
So now I’m sad to say goodbye
But this is the way I choose.
And before I’m gone I’d like to say
I’m sorry for what I said
It’s torture living day by day
So I’m off to sleep in my deathbed
