How can I describe my man? How can I honor his life? Of all the things written this is one subject That should be brought to light. His character is small in nothing His humor significant by all means. His eyes are aglow with compassion His heart ablaze in God's ways. He loves the simple things of life A journeyman of life in many ways, He wakes with a joy to be here. And he does not just mark off his days. There are so many lessons he has taught me, But the greatest of these are Love... On how we should treat each other, As in the love God sent from above! I lost my Father early on, And the gap of instruction was closed. Then I met this heaven sent man And our live's circle soon was chose. It's choice involved all family And welcomed all into it's core And this man should also be honored, For he was in the U.S. Marine Corps. So many men have struggled with trying to be just a man.. I've never seen a day that I wondered For a wife that's security that stands! Now how could I ever explain of this love I have come to adore? My husband, I can say I love you And I will forever more!
