The bottels are emptey, they lie along the floor. She knows
she's had enough, but keeps asking for more. She finally
breaks, and falls to her knees. They keep telling her how,
but she just can't seem to deal. They tell her what to take,
What to do, what to say, how to feel. But she knows in her
heart she can never heal. Time slips away that she can never
get back. She goes crazy trying to keep everything on track.
She thinks he's still here, but they tell her otherwise. Her
faith is tiring out. Her blood is turning cold. She never
thought it would end up this way. Not without him to help
her through her tears. She never thought she loose him and
have to deal with her deepest fear. It's almost been a year,
but everything is still wrong. It just won't go through her
head that he's sctually gone. His uniform still layed out on
his bed. With blood stains and all. They sent back the day he
was supposed to come home, but yet he didn't. Turns out he
lied after all. His body in a grave and his soul still at
war. His wife still here knowing that it's never going to be
the same like before. She tries to stop them, but the tears
keep coming out. She tries to putt the bottels down, but the
alcohol finds a way to get into her mouth. She tries to put
the gun down, but it still winds up to her head. She shoots
herself. The pain still won't go away, even though the blood
is now gushing out. Once a friend, now a stranger is holding
her, and calling out her name like she can still hear her.
But she can't because she's gone. She had to get away. She
had to find a way out. Even if that meant ending her life.
She for some reason thought it would be better than crying
herself to sleep every night,Waking up every morning to find
nothing had changed. Now her thoughts are gone, and her
breathing is stopped,I guess all we can do is hope and pray
she is better off. |
