I Stand in Beauty, by thndrhwk
|
I stand in beauty,
and it is hard to move.
The sun rises, a piece of living
Telling the earth to grow, live, breathe
For all and anything.
I spread my roots,
deep into the earth, and find water.
Feel the outside air.
Breathe deep and give thanks for eternity,
Give thanks for the hope that
goes along with breathing.
Motion is a riddle,
But all things are circular.
We come back to the start,
and begin again.
Begin again.
I stand in beauty,
Passing from sorrow to sorrow,
The eye in the storm,
The one place of peace,
And each step in the journey
Will be
Wondrous. |
