I Trusted You, by Little Miss Meeks
|
I thought I could trust you
So I told you every single fact
We agreed to tell each other everything
I thought we had a pact
I never thought you’d break a promise
But you told me nothing in return
I forgive you again
Why don’t I learn?
You thought it would be fun
To use what I said against me
So you would look good
I can’t believe I couldn’t see
That you had these plans all the time
You blackmailed me and twisted our deal
You used what I told you like trickery
Didn’t you think that I could feel?
I can feel and this hurts
I thought you were shy
You were bold enough to tell everyone
I didn’t think you were the type to lie
Everyone knows now
The rumours are true
I don’t know how to get out
And I accuse you
