We met We talked We sat We walked I could feel my heart Its wings stretching out And taking off We met again We talked again We sat again We walked again I could feel my heart Its wings flapping joyfully And flying with freedom I saw We fought You yelled I walked I could feel my heart Its wings starting to go stiff And crashing into the ground I saw again We fought again You yelled again I walked again I could feel my heart It wings smashed and broken And burning in flames of tears and fury We took off, we flew, we crashed, we burned And no I have no intention of going through it again
